A search form sends the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies its results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A direct message contains only the details you choose to provide, and we use them to answer the request.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. Aggregated logs help maintain the service and show which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
These limited data support site operation, error repair, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Clark County and Nevada offices, libraries, and third-party search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that service's policy. The same is true for sponsored results, which a separate company provides.
Who May Process Visitor Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We also comply with valid legal process, but do not otherwise share visitor information.
Our Security Measures
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because there are no user accounts, this service stores no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Nevada Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete data depend on the law that applies. Nevada's NRS Chapter 603A includes a verified direction under NRS 603A.346 for covered data brokers not to sell certain consumer information, subject to statutory exclusions including publicly available information. For data held here, use the Contact page; we can check contact messages and server logs. Records kept by Spring Valley, Clark County, or Nevada offices remain outside our control, so corrections or restrictions must go to the custodian.
